A Legacy of Leadership and Service
My inspiration comes from my late father, El Arbi Benemmane, a decorated national hero who was honored with the Royal Medal "Wissam En-Najm El Harbi" by His Majesty King Hassan II for his extraordinary service during the 1977 military operations in the Moroccan Sahara.
He served with the Forces Auxiliaires for 27 years, always inspiring me to become a leader. Unfortunately, he passed away in 2009 when I was just 8 years old. I had the honor to speak with him days before at the hospital, where he told me to fly high and make our family name rise.
Following his footsteps of service and leadership, I chose energy innovation as my battlefield. Not with weapons, but with technology that can transform nations and uplift communities.
Every project I undertake, every innovation I develop, carries his spirit of dedication to Morocco and humanity. From the 301MW wind farms to AI-powered grid systems, I'm building the infrastructure for a sustainable future.
When Imperial College London invited me to their postgraduate programme, I chose instead to continue building BENOM GROUP LTD and serving clients directly - because real impact happens in the field, not just in the classroom.
